3 bedroom/2 bath with an additional shower outside. 2000 square feet on 1.3 acres. 3 miles from market. Hardwoods and tile throughout. King size bed in master with 50 inch tv. Queen size bed in 2nd bedroom. 2nd full bath is in 2nd bedroom, vanity in bedroom. 3rd bedroom has full size bed and vanity. Playroom across from hall full bathroom(bathroom with blue tub/shower) has a vanity. All beds have down comforters with duvets. Den has 60 inch tv and Sunporch/Florida room has 32 inch tv. Two car garage with one bay cleared for use. Pea gravel patio with fire pit. Gas grill located in garage. Outdoor cat- we ask you feed (dry cat food) once in morning (his bowl is outside). Laundry is in basement along with treadmill. No more than 8 night stay. No cleaning.
